At Whipupgrade, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that receiving your order in a timely and secure manner is of the utmost importance. That's why we work hard to package and ship your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Orders typically take 2-9 working days* to arrive in the United States. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location of the recipient and other factors beyond our control. On occasion, there may be some delays, but we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

If you need your order sooner, we offer the option of express shipping. Simply send us an email at info@whipupgrade.com, and we will calculate the express shipping cost based on the size of your package and the location of the recipient.

* - products with "FAST SHIPPING" label under their title are shipped in 2-9 working days,  7-15 working days for all other products.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of receipt of your order. for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
